Our Process

Step 1

We begin with a conversation to get to know you, what money means to you, financial and life goals, aspirations, worries or concerns. We will introduce our Investment Philosophy and share some of our story. By the end of our conversation, you should have sufficient information to decide if you would like to proceed to step two.

Step 2

This step is a comprehensive discovery meeting where your active participation and willingness to share are crucial. We gather detailed information about your current financial situation, and your openness enables us to do our job effectively. Providing copies of your most recent current accounts and investment account holdings is an excellent starting point. This information gathering helps us to create your Investment Policy Statement (IPS). Your IPS provides the fundamental framework for managing your investment portfolio, plus a process for making decisions, reporting progress, and regularly reviewing your objectives.

At this point, we will complete all necessary documentation to open and fund your accounts.

Step 3

This step involves the presentation of, and discussion of your Investment Policy Statement. Any investment recommendations will be based on your ability and willingness to take risk, your time horizon, and any personal investment sector restrictions you might like. We believe the result of this will empower you to make informed investment decisions, giving you confidence and control over your financial future.

Step 4

Upon your approval, step four involves the implementation of the Investment Policy Statement recommendations.

Step 5

Schedule our future conversations to discuss any changes in your personal circumstances and, reflect on our IPS as it stands. We will also Invite you to avail of our complimentary bank partner services, including Will and Estate, MYGPS, etc.
